Product Introduction
This instrument is a new generation of compact test instrument developed based on the combination of ultraviolet fluorescence principle and computer technology. When the sample is introduced into the high-temperature cracking furnace, it is oxidized and cracked, and the sulfur in it is quantitatively converted into sulfur dioxide, and the reaction gas enters the fluorescence chamber after drying and dehydration. In the fluorescence chamber, part of the sulfur dioxide is converted into excited sulfur dioxide (SO2*) after being exposed to ultraviolet light. When SO2* transitions to the ground state, it emits photons, and the photoelectron signal is received and amplified by the photomultiplier tube. After the amplifier is amplified, the computer data processing can be converted into an electrical signal proportional to the light intensity. Under certain conditions, the fluorescence intensity SO2* produced in the reaction is proportional to the amount of sulfur dioxide produced, and the amount of sulfur dioxide is proportional to the total sulfur content in the sample. Therefore, the total sulfur content in the sample can be determined by measuring the fluorescence intensity. Before analyzing the sample, first use the standard sample calibration curve, and then analyze the sample under the same conditions. The program automatically calculates the sulfur content of the sample based on the standard sample calibration curve. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, coal, food, environmental protection and other fields. It is currently a relatively domestic and foreign sulfur analysis instrument.
